_R_e_m_o_v_e `_n_a_m_e_s' _o_r `_d_i_m_n_a_m_e_s'

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     Remove the `names' or `dimnames' attribute of an R object.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     unname(obj, force=FALSE)

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

     obj: The R object which is wanted ``nameless''

   force: logical; if true, the `dimnames' are even removed from
          `data.frame's. This argument is currently experimental and
          hence might change!

_V_a_l_u_e:

     Object as `obj' but without `names' or `dimnames'.
