_T_h_e _W_e_i_b_u_l_l _D_i_s_t_r_i_b_u_t_i_o_n

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n_:

     These functions provide information about the Weibull
     distribution with parameters `shape' and `scale'.
     `dweibull' gives the density, `pweibull' gives the dis-
     tribution function, `qweibull' gives the quantile func-
     tion and `rweibull' generates random deviates.

_U_s_a_g_e_:

     dweibull(x, shape, scale = 1)
     pweibull(q, shape, scale = 1)
     qweibull(p, shape, scale = 1)
     rweibull(n, shape, scale = 1)

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s_:

     x,q: vector of quantiles.

       p: vector of probabilities.

       n: number of observations to generate.

shape,scale: shape and scale parameters.

_D_e_t_a_i_l_s_:

     If `scale' is omitted it assumes the default value of
     `1'.

     The Weibull distribution with `shape' parameter a and
     `scale' parameter b has density given by

             f(x) = (a/b) (x/b)^(a-1) exp(- (x/b)^a)

     for x > 0.

_S_e_e _A_l_s_o_:

     `dexp' for the Exponential which is a special case of a
     Weibull distribution.

     all.equal(pweibull(x, shape = 1, scale = pi), pexp(x, rate = 1/pi))
